We purchased probaly 20 buffet pieces from them and naturally over time they needed maintenance. I tried to get in contact with them about buying materials so we could make repairs. I got a call one day and the guy says, "oh I remember your out there in Hawaii". That was it, all we got. I am very disappointed we did not do our honework on this company.
Would not recommend this company; their communication and timeliness are abysmal. Go elsewhere. Wish we could have known before we contracted with them.
They don’t respond to phone calls or emails
Have been waiting over a year for our product that has already paid. Have been trying to call and email for three weeks and no one will respond to us reaching out. Horrible customer service.
