Very pricey especially for glasses. Almost $500 to get new lenses (already had frames). They originally said it would be $300 because they failed to inform me that they submitted $200 of the price to my insurance (which if I would’ve known they did that I would’ve told them it would be denied as my insurance doesn’t cover glasses). After paying $150 and then waiting for a month for my glasses when they said it usually takes 2 weeks, I had to pay another $342! I had frames break after less than six weeks of use. Took them in and was told they would be covered under warranty & they would have to order them so it should be about two weeks. That was February 9th. As of April 4th, I have not received my replacement frames and they still have the lenses since they kept everything. Anytime I call, I am told they will check on it and call me back. I have never received a call back. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
Dr Amy and her assistant is great but when it comes to ordering glasses take your prescription somewhere else they were in a big hurry to get me to choose and then waited a week to order even though I paid up front! Today when I finally got my glasses they were very rude and seemed like they didn't want me in there I've been getting a run around for a week from them!
