They have doubled the lot rent in the last 3 years with the promise of upgrading the road and lighting. The north side of the park floods so bad people cant get to their homes and refuse to fix the issue, the new manager just walks into to peoples homes without permission and no notice. They sneak in clauses into the leases so be sure to read it all the way through. The office staff are amazing and very helpful
If the weather wasn't so darn cold I would love to call this place home.
Serena is the best! She is so helpful and friendly! The park has always been clean and taken care of.
Park is nice and neat, friendly people and Serena is very helpful with any questions, concerns or updates any has.
