Absolutely awesome staff, they took excellent care of my therapy dog that's retiring at almost 13. This is going to be our forever vet. DO NOT attempt to stay at the motel in cook, mn as they would not let me stay with my dog even tho I had booked a room and told them he is a therapy dog but this isn't a working trip and he is retiring and was having several procedures done. The owner at the motel is not kind, 8:30 pm when I tried to check in and only to be refused service and had to go to orr,mn. The first lil mote going in... read more
VERY EXCELLENT SERVICE AND KIND PEOPLE!
I had to drop off my remains to my dog to be cremated they told me every step that was going to happen they sent me a memory card they are the best
I've trusted Jack and John with all my vet needs for years and have never been disappointed. Great pet care.
