We were camping with our dog and she ripped her nail..we called and they squeezed us in.. staff was awesome. The vet was great.. thank you very much for helping our dog Callie
The staff at the Vermillion vet clinc are amazing! I brought my dog in to be spayed there and everyone was so kind and gentle with her. They took time to answer all my questions and were very reassuring! She came out of surgery wonderfully with just a small, tidy incision, and is right back to her happy self. We drove in from a neighbouring town, as the Vermillion Clinic offered affordable services with the highest level of skill, thoroughness and care. Highly recommend.
We had an emergency with our girl and hadn’t been to this office; not only was the entire team so sweet, welcoming, knowledgeable and supportive - they were so quick with getting our cat in for immediate attention. Unfortunately it was a situation that she had to be put down. The doctor was straightforward, giving us all the options, but also so empathetic to the situation and what would be the best option for Blu. I went there for my cat who was vomiting. They were lovely on the phone but, I requested to get his thyroid tested as this was reoccurring and he was losing weight, nothing else was abnormal but for my peace of mind I wanted to rule it out. They took blood and my cat freaked out, pretty normal. But then they proceeded to talk behind the door about how I was over reacting about how I wanted a thyroid checked. Called the clinic in the morning to see if I could bring my dog in for a mobility issue and they got us in right away. They staff was very friendly and careful with my old dog and they were able to sedate him and get him in for x-rays right away. The doctor was straight forward while explaining what he'd found and how we we're going to treat him. I would definitely recommend this facility for anyone who's been looking for a good veterinary clinic!
