I’ve had to go to Vermeer in Kilgore on 2 separate occasions due to equipment issues on a Vermeer SC362 Stump Grinder. I’ve only experienced A+ 5 Star Service from the Vermeer Team!! Chance the service manager has been able to help me get in and out of there with same day service. My first experience, Nov 2021, David one of their service techs resolved my issue and was able to share some valuable knowledge for future issues and preventative maintenance. I had a very bad experience with Vermeer Texas-Louisiana in Kilgore store. I went there trying to by a Stump grinder. I got there at 12:30, there was not a sale person available, the persons there didn't have a clue of the machine I wanted to buy. after like 45 min a sales man came in, he try to help us. it took like two hours to get application going.
