Never seems to call back with any updates. Can't seem to keep my machine running more then 2 days after this location touches my machine. Seems like this place is an overpriced rip off that likes to take their sweet time .
We called Shain about an SC552 Stump Grinder. Was having problems with the cutter head gearbox. He helped look up parts to fix or replace. Determined it would be less costly to replace with less down time. Part was in stock, texted him told him I was on my way to pick up he had it ready and even hooked us up with the gear oil. Hats off to Shain and his customer service skills. Thank you Shain!!!
