I was in need a mini skid for my business and happen to know Randall the parts guy up there and called him . He put me in touch with Alex in sales . Alex and I spoke almost daily he was very good about keeping in contract and then we scheduled a demo of the Vermeer CTX160 ( phenomenal machine ) . We bought a brand new Vermeer D8X12 on May 29,2024 from them. We have had a hydraulic hose bust that we were told they would get with warranty to get us reimbursed for the hose and sent them the receipt and picture of hose needing replaced, still have not heard back on that. Then last week November 19, 2024 the high pressure water pump quit working. They told us to check the valves for any crud, we did that and it still is not working. Great business place! Very friendly people make you feel at home. They have what you need if not takes no time to get.
I have been in the drilling business for a while and the counter team at this location goes above and beyond the call of duty for me....Tyler is pretty sharp also pretty knowledgeable....mickey well can't say a whole lot about him he's just mickey...but overall pretty good location. Only thing I would change is a free hat for every 5000.00 spent and the phone system SUCKS
