I've had too many rough experiences with them to document them all. The best I can offer you is watch your invoices for service they will double charge hours where they can. I've had them accuse me of stealing equipment previously this may have been before they were bought out I don't know but it's still the same company. If they weren't the only ones to sell the equipment that they sell in the valley I would never use them again.

What a rip off company!!!!!! I will never in my life buy another burner product or anything from them. Let alone have them work on anything. I took my chipper in there because we could not get it to start. They told me it was a $200 fee to figure out what was wrong with it, they called and told me it was just a fuse and to come get it and when I showed up, they tried to charge me $900, I asked him how it was $900 to change a fuse and the lady said she can knock it down to 700 and that is still ridiculous for a five second fi... read more
