Easy to work with
Yesterday while operating on some trees on the west side, our chipper decided to eat its own drum belt. The smoke was thick before we got it shut down, but we called and they had the belt in stock. We sent a guy over to get it and I think it was so fast the smoke didn’t all clear from the burnt up belt before we had the new belt on and was back up and running again. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Knew right what we needed. Saved us from a lot of downtime. Excellent service!!
I would give these guys 10 stars if I could. They are always helpful for my maintenance questions and when something breaks, they have the parts in stock and answer my many questions. Josh, the guy in front even offered his cell to help me. Great company, all around.
This use to be a good place to buy things that I needed for tge care. But I noticed just recently that the guy who is in the front all the time has a double standard with certain people. Like Hispanics. I might not get along I don't know. That's my personal experience. He use to a good guy. But now he isn't willing to help. He didn't even ask if we need help with something. Also he Didn't greet when we I walk in. But he said hello to other guy. At the end I didn't feel comfortable.
