Called this location for an appointment and they placed me on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up the phone.
They have treated us very good from John the salesman coming out on his day off to let us see the hdd. He is great even after the sale we talk and he helps guide us. Mike came out to the job sight spent a few days with us teaching us and explained everything good. Even now I will call him with questions and he is so willing to help. The hdd broke down and again midsouth came threw for us. Quick respond time and anyone knows in business that's the key word. They will get all of our business in the future if it stays like this
