Amazing customer service. I just purchased an older sc252 model from this dealer and had it delivered to me in northern Ontario. I had an awesome experience with my sales representative Dontai. The process was easy and quick, thanks to Dontai’s reply speed and friendly conversation. He personally delivered my machine along with some merchandise for me to represent the Vermeer brand. Poor customer service. They forgot about my machine because the manager said he was too crazy busy. Not once he said he was sorry for forgetting or even not looking for the part. He asked me to get the part. I never had a complaint before this new manager.
