Vermeer has excellent staff. They are knowledgeable, efficient and trustworthy. I just had my chipper serviced and had a great experience with Connor(arborist & parts supplies), Robin(service) and Dalton(mechanic). I've been a loyal customer for 10 years and will continue to go to Vermeer in the future. I highly recommend choosing them for your equipment purchases and service needs.
I have been dealing with Vermeer Canada for over 7 years now. They have knowledgeable staff and know their product. Recently I have been dealing with Connor and am pleased with his levels of service and he is a great communicator. I often have very tight deadlines and Connor comes through with my requests.
