If there is anyone who keeps Vermeer goin it’s Andrew Rouco followed by the rest of the legends at Vermeer. I rang andrew today with a tech issue and man that bloke is an absolute genius. I thought I knew Vermeer’s, mate this bloke is beyond next level. Andrew rouco could even tell me how the engine was performing just by FaceTime. Thanks again mate, Andrew Rouco for PM.

Matthew in the parts department was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me with my enquiry. Highly recommended! Absolute gentleman.
Business model is clear: 1. Build and sell machines that no one within their organisation can fix! 2. Constantly blame couriers for loosing parts in transit - here's an idea change couriers and have parts in stock. 3. Forget to attach the "Buyer Beware" safety decal to the machine. 4. When in doubt - blame the closest person to you whether that be the janitor, girl next door or operator. Seriously Google where's the 0 star ratings at?
Veru very poor service , unsytamatic and rude . I would highly recommend all not used their services if you want hard time then you can used their services. I paid for the parts not received which is been 6 months now. And i purchase some parts from them in cash . But they send me bill again after 3 months. That we haven't paid , are you serious who wil give away parts unless we make the payment. So they don't have a proper accounting system and they blame to us.
