Zero communication. Outrageous diagnostic fees and getting equipment repaired at this location takes months.
This place is literal crap, I called today for a throttle cable for a small Vermeer chipper. The guy on the phone without laughing told me $513.77 for a foot long piece of metal cable. Also muffler prices over doubled in the last year. Over $550 for a muffler is crazy. This place is a ripoff, avoid buying Vermeer in general if you have to get parts here.
