We had an issue with a mulching head and their service department was incredible! Willy helped us out and got us back up and running within 5 days!! That includes the time it took for the parts to arrive. Thank you so much for your hard work and hustling to get us going again!!
after I did business with this people I did but few new machines there i took things there in order to be fixed and I am ok with that till I was there today to return a part then they give me wrong I did spoke with the guy the name is Robert he said and he told me is ok if I didn't stalled the part and when I arrived to the place he didn't accept the return cuz he said there was no bag or box with it I make me drove there to tell me that I live far more then a hour and at the and he was top rude and aggressive so I mentioned... read more
I gave these men at Vermeer all roads a 5 star rating only because they don’t offer a 10! The men in the service department are very friendly and professional. Took their time to explain what they did and went above and beyond trying to find the issue I was having. I left there knowing that everything was done right. I arrived at Vermeer early and the Service manager (Mac) asked me if he could help. I told him I was looking at renting a large chipper for a couple of weeks. He said that they didn’t rent chippers for short periods of time. I asked a few more questions and he said let me show you the equipment. He explained the sizes and design. He was a wealth of information and his knowledge helped me so much. Thank you
Every disappointment in the service at this place the staff in parts are very Disrespectful I Purchase some climbing ropes from them that they had in stock. I never open the packages and I have the receipt and on there receipt it said 20% Non refundable on refunds and they wouldn't take them back I Prefer anyone not to shop here
