After a very large purchase, the next day I received a call from Verlo informing me that my account would be credited a significant amount of money due to an incorrect charge for the adjustable bed frame. Outstanding business practice and customer service!!! I was very impressed. Not many businesses around with that kind of ethics. Thank you 😊
Great customer service and the best mattresses!
Very good customer service and communication both in store, delivery and set up. Mattress is very comfortable.
I like my new mattress. The delivery came on time, and the guys worked quickly to remove my old one and bring the new one in. It rained the day they came, so after entering the house they took their shoes off as to not have wet shoes walking through my house. Last night was my first night sleeping on it. I woke up and my back wasn't aching. I look forward to many good nights sleep on this mattress.
