Our sales associate, George, was fantastic! We called around to many stores to get information on mattresses and George was awesome! We needed a mattress from a store near us ASAP so we could pick it up and George was a great problem solver. He helped us get the mattress we needed in time. George is professional, efficient and very pleasant! Such an asset to Verlo! Plus, we bought a great mattress. Just what we needed!
Darren and Xander did an excellent job of delivering, setting up and explaining the use of our new mattress system. Very respectful of our house as they carried the system into the bedroom. Darren was exceptionally thorough in making sure frame and mattress height were to our liking. We appreciated the time he took to answer our questions regarding proper operation of the control remotes. Clearly he is a valued asset to the SE Verlo group.
