I had the best experience at Verlo in Janesville. From the moment we walked in I got the feeling of "old school" customer service. Very informative and attentive despite being very busy. There was good communication along the way up until delivery and even the delivery drivers were incredibly efficient while navigating our rather slim hallway, and friendly and so sweet to our pup!
