We have an antique four-poster bed for which we had to replace both the box springs and mattress. All standard box springs were an inch too wide and an inch too long to fit into the frame. The Verlo consultant had me measure twice before we ordered the custom box springs. It took several weeks to get the final product and the result was a snug and perfect fit that dropped right into the frame, enabling us to return this beautiful 150 year old bed of my great grandfather to service in our home.
The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the quality of the products is high and worth the money. Verlo is always my first stop when I need a new bed.
I needed a new mattress and boxspring, and since I have used Verlo many times since 2006, this was another great purchase. I found the set I needed, with a new mattress protector, and they were at my home the next day. I couldn't be happier with them.

I went to Verlo to purchase a new bed. I was told my line of credit would be, come to find out they submitted my info was for a credit card that I did not want. Then I find out it's ONLY a furniture credit card. Not a regular credit card to use anywhere. Salesperson was not upfront with these details. The fact that I can not to Verlo just to make a payment is also inconvenient. I NEVER go back to Verlo again.
