We are so pleased with our Verlo purchase. Sam helped us and made us feel special on the day of purchase. The delivery was easy and quick. My wife and I have been sleeping better than ever. If you are looking for a new mattress please go to Verlo in Appleton. You will not be disappointed. As an added bonus the owners rescue dogs were there. 2 of cutest dogs. The fact Verlo loves rescues dogs was a big hit with us.
Called store because online wouldn’t let us purchase adjustable bed frame upon calling was told that they have different bases in store and got everything I wanted plus massage and free delivery. I am was very impressed by delivery workers as well as store associate I spoke to on the phone . Upon delivery they discovered a defect and that one of the holes for legs was missing so took it back to store to use drill press and still had it back and set up within delivery window and had carried old broken bed frame out to hall fo... read more
Sam was very knowledgeable and helpful with my mattress needs. We did shop around but came back to Verlo and to Sam. Best deal, best mattress and the best customer service.
