I called them on a Wednesday. No reply. Call him again Thursday. No reply that following Tuesday I get a phone call. They left a voicemail by the time I called him back. 15 minutes later they showed up in my rental property unannounced and looked at the AC unit to come to the same conclusion that I already had and then they just mailed me a bill for it without setting up an appointment time or anything like that or getting back to me. It's not the way this company used to run. They very bad communication skills

They do a great job when you can actually get ahold of them. I've had them fix things for me in the past but in a pinch it will take them over a day or more to get back to you. Unless you're privy to their cell phone number or something. Recently they have said they were too busy to take on new projects. I would recommend you just avoid calling them, probably not worth your time.

My family has trusted Verlin's with all our plumbing and heating needs for the family farm's well system and home since the 1970's. Their fair, honest, and hardworking team are quick to resolve any issues and incredibly responsive.
