I had an appointment set for the Palm Harbor Verizon, but I have decided to stop at Russells Verizon. I am so glad I did. The three young men working in there were so nice and so friendly. I was upgrading my phone and there was a glitch that took over an hour to wait for Apple to unlock my phone. Michael and the two other gentlemen were so entertaining while we waited.
