I just had an appointment at 10am, there was a note on the door that said will return at 10am. I waited 5 minutes, I called the store, guy finally shows up and he unlocks the door and he was rude from the moment I walked in. No sorry for not being on time, nothing. Tell him I’m having trouble trading in my old phone and he basically said take it back to Best Buy and I said no they told me to give it to Verizon and he said well you need to go to a corporate store bc I can’t help you!
