We went to Verizon in St. Peter after you broke it we fix it messed up our phones totally. Ricky was a God send (wish there were more techs like him.) He was awesome and very patient with us and friendly. He took a lot of time with us and didn't brush us off. We are in our early 80's. Thank you so much Ricky. We ended up with my husband buying a new phone. We will definitely go to St Peter verizon for anything we need or have problems. Much better than Mankato Thanks again for everything. Wade and Erica were great! My husband and I went in to switch to Verizon from two separate carriers. They were patient with us as we navigated getting all of the correct information needed to switch and very helpful with the process to get our Verizon account setup. Thanks again for all the help!
