I went in to pick up phones and asked about cases. I wasn't allowed to pick out my own case. I felt pressured to buy what the rep picked out for me. He also convinced me that I needed some wipe on screen protector. When I said I didn't feel comfortable putting it on he told me it was easy but that he couldn't do it. I kept asking for prices of items he was pushing on me and he kept telling me he will give me the total in a minute. RecommendedA few months ago, I was having trouble with my phone (very old and well loved) so as I was nearby, decided to stop in and see about a replacement. Turns out it was a great decision. The staff were very knowledgeable and expertly helped me choose a phone that best suited my business and personal requirements. Need a phone? Go here. These guys are fantastic.

RecommendedThe entire staff led by Manager Anthony Savoy is awesome. There is not one question about Apple vs. Android they cannot answer. I have owned cell phones since 1988. They are the finest cell phone retailer and technical center I have EVER dealt with!
