I think that their customer service is best that I have ever had. I have had experience to upgrade my phone since 2002. but mostly I felt bad for the customer service. waiting forever, rude, etc. But at this store, I felt so good. The staff was great! Even though it is at a kiosk in stone briar mall, it is not a big deal. The customer service is not related with the size and location of a store.

I love these guys! I don't know why people worry about non-corportate Verizon stores, that's exactly why I come here. Less wait time and employees who are personable and will work to understand and help you. It's like Verizon but with a more 1 on 1 feel. Got a great phone and great service and will be back next time. thanks!

We've been doing business with Verizon Diamond Wireless for several years now and they have never failed to impress. Yes, this is a kiosk in the middle of Stonebriar mall and, while this location can provide an occasionally distracting environment in which to make complex decisions about your wireless plans, I have never come across more knowledgeable or forthright cell phone representatives.
