This Verizon store is tERRiBle! – We have been Verizon customers for over 12 years....before they were called Verizon. We have always gone to the Verizon store on Gilman Blvd, Issaquah because it is a company store and we thought we would 'get' the best product choices, price and customer service. On two differenct occasions I went to the store and there was no one there...a rarity..usually they are packed and the wait can be over an hour. Warning - Do Not Use- BIG Ripoff – We responded to their ad for Firewood Sales and ordered 1/2 cord of oak firewood. However, they only delivered 1/4 cord despite our having paid for 1/2 cord. They promised to return with the remaining 1/4 cord, but we never saw them again, despite several subsequent phone conversations. We should have known better when she specified cash only. Wretched customer service – 2009-11-21 Just got back from trying to buy the new Droid phone at the 9409 Shelbyville Rd. store. It was the worst customer experience of my entire life. The sales rep didn't want to bother once he found out that I didn't qualify for two-year upgrade. Yes, he'd sell me one at full price. Period. It didn't matter that I told him that I'd previously called customer service and that they'd walked me through various options. Nope. Didn't want to explore any of them. Great Experiences – I've been to this venue three times, one though, I was too young to remember. (Oh those Spice Girl's days...) The first time I can remember was Rush's Snakes and Arrows tour in 2007. I don't remember waiting in line at all, so the wait time is insignificant. We had lawn tickets, and were able to see everything. We didn't miss a single part of the show. My second was the Hallowicked in 2007. What Happened? – I loved having an outdoor music venue in the area... It put our fine, beautiful city on the tour route... To actually complain about the parking is ridiculous... i've gone to concerts since I was 6 years old, starting with the Beatles in Dallas in "62... Mixed feelings – I've been in this store twice, once I had to wait for about 10-15 minutes, the other time I was helped almost right away. Both times, once I was helped, the transactions went smoothly, so I can't really complain. I'm pretty easy-to-please, though, and don't make any unusual demands on my phone. I'd like to be able to call people and send texts. It was clear by how I talked to the customer service person that they weren't used to such an easy customer. TERRIBLE!!! – The minute he saw me was very grumpy and had the audacity to blame me for my condition. I tried to tell him what was wrong and he cut me off saying, "I'll tell you whats wrong with you. You're allergic to the world. I told you to start your treatment last year and now you're back complaining." Dr. Chin never suggested any treatment at all for my condition and when I told him that he blamed me for not asking. Extremely satisfied and highly recommended – I am pleased to announce that this company not only gave me the best price, they also were at my home when they said they were and performed the work they said on their contract.
