I would like a refund.- NO customer service – I would like a refund. Unfortunately there is no customer service, only a box office to take your money, not complaints. A staff member approached me while I was sitting with a friend and asked me to follow him. I got up and followed him not thinking anything was wrong. After we had gotten to a more quiet location I asked what was going on and where we were going. He said we were going to speak to his manager, I asked about what, and he insisted that I follow him and he only got ... read more
Woman crashing Men's room – Security doesn't take the problem serious. I am older and don't want to expose myself to young woman. Wouldn't a man go to jail for the same action? I go to a lot of shows and this is a huge problem. It's happens more than once per show.
great place to see a show – one of my favorite venues to see an outside show at. theres always a good seen outside, the sound inside is great on the lawn and in the pavillion, the place is rather big so tickets are usualy not to hard at all. the back lot is usualy opened for camping during multiple night runs, plenty of hotels nearby, the security here is not terrible and that adds to the good experience. the lawn is not very steap at all so standing/dancing all night on it is pleasant. All in all prolly the best outdoor ven... read more
They make it right! – Having been to several concerts at this venue I knew Chicago and Doobie Bros would be a great experience also. After a difference of opinion with a security officer I contacted the venue's customer service department. They gave me a form to fill out and mail in. I was contacted promptly and treated very professionally. I couldn't be more pleased. I was assured that my concerns will be addressed and I now feel as if I am a valued customer. I look forward to seeing many more concerts at this venue. Good J... read more
Great Experiences – I've been to this venue three times, one though, I was too young to remember. (Oh those Spice Girl's days...) The first time I can remember was Rush's Snakes and Arrows tour in 2007. I don't remember waiting in line at all, so the wait time is insignificant. We had lawn tickets, and were able to see everything. We didn't miss a single part of the show. My second was the Hallowicked in 2007. We got there about an hour before gates opened, and did have quite a wait, but everybody was so excited about the sh... read more
Get there early!!! – I drove from Columbus, Ohio on Sunday 8/3/08 to see Radiohead. The show started at 7:30, so I left Columbus at 2:15PM & exited I-70 in Noblesville at about 5:00PM. After exiting I-70, I got lost on the country roads because Rt 238 was closed & the detour signs were nonexistent. After asking a local for directions, I found the venue at about 5:30PM. There was no line to enter the parking lot and I got right in, no problem. I paid for PREMIER Parking & I can't say whether or not it was worth $25, but I hav... read more
Horrible experience at Verizon Wireless Music Center – We purchased tickets to see Taylor Swift and Rascal Flatts at Verizon Wireless Music Center in Noblesville, Indiana. My daughter is a HUGE Taylor Swift fan, and talked of nothing else for weeks. The concert was to begin at 8:00, and by 6:45 we were 3 miles from the concert. Plenty of time, right? Wrong. We sat in traffic until 9:00 to move a mere 3 miles, burning $4.00 a gallon gas, and completely missed Taylor Swift's performance. According to their website, Verizon's c... read more
Great Place! Great Performances! Great Stuff! – I went to this place and it is great! No matter who the performer or what the performer, it is sure to be good. There is a big lawn for seats out there and the seats in the "lets just so say pavilion center" are good too. There are a couple of things I have to say though. One: when there is construction going on, it is a bad place to be because of the LONG waiting lines. Two: The seats under the top roof should be of more quality. Now that I think about it, they don't really ne... read more
