My experience went from really good to bad within a matter of hours. And I highly advise anyone else that experiences the type of service that I received to report this company to the Better Business Bureau. I was charged by a Verizon Representative - Delontae, for service that I ultimately never received. I spent countless hours at the Euless, TX location only to be asked to travel to their Grapevine, TX location to have a manager try and rectify an activation issue that occurred at the store in Euless, TX.
