My visit to the Verizon store in West Chicago, was one of my best experiances. Chris was great. He was pasent, knowledgeable, and explained, the benefits of using the insurance or purchasing a new phone . I bought the new phone. Then there was Nathan, he came to not only help, but also pared my phone to my car. There was also another young man. I didn, t get his name.sorry. But what amazing group.
