Condescending, eye rolling, couldn't be more bothered to help me, fake customer service voice, was talking to me like I had one good option and one stupid one, and didn't help. I had so much trouble doing the claim over the phone because half my screen is not working on and off, so the phone rep was sending things to my phone I couldn't see. There wasn't even anyone else there. I have brain cancer, so numbers are difficult for me, but it's no reason to treat me like I'm dumb. Verizon 👎👎👎👎👎
