I’m not sure how this place has 4.8 stars. I wasted hours and in the end they gave me a customer service number to call and said they couldn’t do anything to help. The guy helping us today definitely was not happy to be working, went straight to Xfinity to change plans.
Justin was a great help very friendly and kind. Helped us to open 2 lines at last minute almost closing time and even stayed after hours to help us get the best service. Made us feel very sure and confident and helped with making the best decision for us. Also informed us very well of all the services that could be used in the future. Answered all my questions. Appreciate his help a lot 👍

I went in with a concern about my bill and Justin greeted me right away and dove into the details of my account. Ended up saving me over $60 a month!!! Justin, the store manager, was a lifesaver! Even though we showed up right before closing to activate our phone, he quickly handled everything. We really appreciated how nice and helpful he was.
