terrible service I opened a second account a month ago and purchased the Samsung 5. I had the phone replaced 3 times with the same issues. The second time i was there i wanted a different phone and the women had told me to give the phone another chance and if the issues happens again they will switch me to another phone. Terrible! The minute he saw me was very grumpy and had the audacity to blame me for my condition. I tried to tell him what was wrong and he cut me off saying, "I'll tell you whats wrong with you. You're allergic to the world. I told you to start your treatment last year and now you're back complaining."
