Absolutely terrific! So pleasant and knowledgeable. My hard drive went bad on my phone and I couldn't back It up. I had given up, but decided to stop in during lunch and see if they could do it. They not only took the time to transfer all my photos etc but showed me how to do it myself. Just wonderful customer service. While I was waiting I watched how they interacted with other customers. They treated all customers in the same helpful manner.
