Service was excellent and she was very nice and patient with me.
Gavin was polite, knowledgeable and VERY helpful. He converted us away from Spectum in a 20 minute session. So happy he was there and working on the Fourth of July.
I was highly disappointed . I wanted to pay off my phone and was told I would lose the credit I got on my previous phone. I don't appreciate being held hostage.
