Been w Verizon Business for 25+ years and i had an incredible problem. A huge web of things needed fixed. Tera spent a more incredible amount of time and talent getting all the solutions complete. Tara did an amazing job setting up a new line for me today. There were several hoops she had to jump thru to make it work and she did them in a professional manner and kept her cool. I even joked with her that if this had been a punked episode she passed it with flying colors. 🤣. I highly recommend stopping into see her for your wireless needs!

For this young lady just getting out of a surgery and going back in to have more surgery and still working, an d having a great attitude she deserves a prize!!! A raise!!!! She was wonderful.
