Worked with Trevor and had an amazing experience. He is very knowledgeable on technology and is super helpful and not pushy like some people can be. Definitely recommend going to him if u need to upgrade ur phone.
As a person who transacted with this store, I would recommend it’s avoided at all costs. Main issues: A) I was told I would be charged Verizon activation fees in store, turns out the fee charged is Victra’s “set up and go fee” - complete and utter misrepresentation. B) I was charged for remaining device balances on devices that were long paid off - highly concerning. Recently went in for an iPhone upgrade and had the pleasure of working with Trevor. He was very helpful, going above and beyond to give us the best experience possible. Super personable and made a grueling process enjoyable.
We dealt with issues for 9 hours and we came in last minute and Bradley was nothing but great staying to help us and getting us what we needed. Give the man a raise 10/10!
Came in with my husband for an iPhone trade in/ upgrade. The staff were very pleasant and kind. The manager was very helpful and polite. Trevor was the one we were closely working with and he is just incredible. His humor, personality, and friendly demeanor made our 1.5 hour process seamless and enjoyable! Thank you all!
