Bradley was absolutely amazing! I came in to check on an award and he was able to lower my bill for me. Absolutely best BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Navaid was amazing as well! These men need a raise!!!
I came in to talk about getting a new phone with the same number and was told that wasn’t possible. Was told that my bill would be $55 a month, and that I would get a $100 credit toward my bill so next month would be free. The Verizon employee signed me up for a higher plan, and added a $10 charge for a hot spot and another $10 for Verizon Cloud services when we didn’t talk about either add-on. I wouldn’t suggest coming here at all after what I experienced about an hour ago. I walked into the store with the hopes of upgrading my phone early when I was met by the most abrasive and condescending sales associate ever. I thought somebody had to of been playing a joke on me. This guy was rolling his eyes, speaking with an aggressive and pushy tone, and made me feel totally stupid as a customer completely ready to do business. Navaid, Erich, and Ben at the Verizon Eastview Mall Victor store are very tech savy and give superb customer service! Navaid, Erich, and Ben work together in harmony as a team and are friendly, kind, and helpful to customers as well as to each other. Navaid was especially patient and tenacious in solving my sister 's multiple passkey and password issues on her iphone and transporting all the data from her old iphone to her new iphone , after activating her new iphone 17. Was there yesterday and had the worst experience. I’ll be going to another Verizon location. They completely screwed up my service, changed my plan and never changed it back. It’s taking me hours of being on the phone with Verizon customer service to try and fix it.
