Came in with my husband for an iPhone trade in/ upgrade. The staff were very pleasant and kind. The manager was very helpful and polite. Trevor was the one we were closely working with and he is just incredible. His humor, personality, and friendly demeanor made our 1.5 hour process seamless and enjoyable! Thank you all!

My daughter’s phone screen was dark but the phone was essentially still working. Not one, but TWO people at the Apple Store could not help her transfer info to her new iPhone. We went to Verizon and TREVOR was absolutely awesome. He was confident and calm and was totally able to help.
