Unhelpful, pushy salesman when we asked for assistance with a phone set up. Walked away from us when we said we needed help with a recently purchased product because he couldn’t make commission. Went to BestBuy - excellent service and better deals ON Verizon phones and plans.
Benjamin was fantastic he is easily the most patient and carrying person I’ve ever dealt with thank you agian for everything
We visited the Verizon store at Eastview Mall and Benjamin was amazing! He was so helpful with our phone upgrade. He made the experience quick and pleasant. Would definitely go back!
Absolutely avoid getting an upgrade here or doing anything with them. My younger sister went in for an upgrade and BEN gave her my phones upgrade and MY phone number. Meaning, he disabled my phone(while I’m states away) and gave her my phone number. Verizon Tech Support is still working on fixing his mess as she still has my phone number on her phone. 0/0 stars if I could
