Was there yesterday and had the worst experience. I’ll be going to another Verizon location. They completely screwed up my service, changed my plan and never changed it back. It’s taking me hours of being on the phone with Verizon customer service to try and fix it.
This company is a fraud. We are new users and were received by Manager Bee. She told us that the family plan for four phone numbers would cost around 120 US dollars per month. However, the actual deduction was more than double that amount, and they even added many extra charges without our knowledge. They are just a bunch of scammers. Please don't trust them.
Unhelpful, pushy salesman when we asked for assistance with a phone set up. Walked away from us when we said we needed help with a recently purchased product because he couldn’t make commission. Went to BestBuy - excellent service and better deals ON Verizon phones and plans.
Benjamin was fantastic he is easily the most patient and carrying person I’ve ever dealt with thank you agian for everything
We visited the Verizon store at Eastview Mall and Benjamin was amazing! He was so helpful with our phone upgrade. He made the experience quick and pleasant. Would definitely go back!
