Amazing service by Muskan!!! Came into the store in tears after losing cell service and the Verizon phone rep I had been talking to for almost 2 hours. Muskan calmed me down, fixed the phone issue and helped me finish the changes to the account I needed to make. Calm, compassionate, knowledgeable, efficient and effective. Can't say enough good things.
