would not recommend this location. they are more consumed with their own phones than customer service. attitudes by employees from within.. 1 customer screening at a young man. the Manager is worthless. luckily the phone customer service is great. will never walk into this place again. did I mention the employees like to give THREATENING looks. he didn't see I noticed his hand balled up. to bad he didn't try anything it would have been a pleasure tossing the 3 punks around

The worst customer service I’ve ever encountered in my life.
Be very careful if you have to deal with this location. I went in last week for a new Sim Card, and the employee, without my knowledge, changed my plan and added 2 different types of insurance to my account. It's impossible to reach the store by phone. I went in to talk to the manager, but they were unavailable. The Assistant Manager gave me the wrong email address to contact the manager. So. I am having serious trouble with my phones and bill. I have contacted 611 customer service multiple times and have been told the many issues I am experiencing have been corrected. They have NOT. Website doesn't work even when logged in. When you want to check something or simply pay bill, the website displays a message saying "You are not authorized to perform this action." There's no one to help.
I was disappointed with this location especially after I was treated by the manager on duty Kristin Panagos...Maybe if I was white? She would not accused me of trying to replace an old earpiece to a new one after my several visits to this store with same issues.
