Three people in store when we arrived Sunday, couldn’t have been met with a more lackluster and disinterested employee. Spent over and hour trying to change my carrier service, employee wasn’t knowledgeable about how to handle - also no interest in finding out how to handle. Literally wasted over an hour of my time. Ended up leaving and heading to Patchogue where it was another 3 hours to switch carriers. I would not ever go to the blue point location, just go to corporate location on Patchogue.
