I lost my phone on Oct 4th in nearby Nat'l Forest and it was not recoverable. I brought in my old Note 5 to the Verizon store and Mike spent 2 hours with me to get it to operable. I went back several days later and we transferred all my contacts, photos, and some apps on a New Phone. He was extremely knowledgeable and great to work with throughout the process
Was here on vacation and Michael was able to get me back up and running in no time. He was super attentive, caring and knowledgful on everything. Thank you Verizon Wireless!!!!
I got the best service ever, that Mike whom works at the Silver City Verizon store ,sure knows his stuffs. Thank you, Mike for your patience and the time you took with two elderly folks. It meant alot, not easy waiting on older people who understand all this new technology.
