Kaitlyn deleted my wife's phone data leaving her with no phone while I was out of town. All she was supposed to do was an Sim transfer. When she ran into an issue instead of calling tech support she deleted the whole profile effectively canceling service. She lost all photos as well.

I went back several days later and we transferred all my contacts, photos, and some apps on a New Phone. He was extremely knowledgeable and great to work with throughout the process
