Incredibly friendly and helpful staff! If there was anything I needed to wait for that would take quite a bit of time, Mike would let me know and assure me that if I needed to run errands or anything, my devices would be safe and secure. While waiting several staff members, Mike, Elijah, & Kaitlyn would make conversation with me and was always polite. One the more better experiences at a Verizon store that I’ve had. Will always prefer to go in person to this store.
