I made an appointment on line for 10 am. I arrived at the store at 10, there was 2 people ahead of me but they took me right away. I was extremely impressed with my service and the handling of my issue. I went to a different Verizon store on Sunday my experience was the exact opposite. I was told I needed to go to a corporate office in Alexandria or Fargo for assistance. Very satisfied with my service today.
Gavan was very helpful and polite. He helped me find the perfect screen protectors for my new devices.
Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful
He was very polite and good at what he he does. There was no attitude like the other Verizon place i was at. This guy was great to work with.
