Total incompetence. Went in the store to look into becoming a new Verizon customer. I went through the process and was approved for the new iPhone...but of course I was clearly being led into buying more, plus they were practically on top of me and since I was feeling pressure I told them I would come back later. After another day or two, I decided to go through Verizon corporate only to find out that they had inputted the wrong address, therefore rendering my application useless.
