That I had to go there to get resolved, after arriving and actually speaking to the sales Rep. that sold and admitted to selling the iPhone, she was quit unconcerned about the situation and that it was now my responsibility . Had a the best experience at the Livermore Verizon...the sweetest girl named Marcella. She helped me get my phone in perfect working order...I normal hate coming in, takes a while and I Never have had this kind of service...I think Marcella and I are gonna be best buds. .
