My wife and I signed up for 2 new phone lines and home internet service. At the time of signing up, we were promised that my wife qualified for the first responder discount since she works at the Cleveland clinic. She told them that her job isn’t a first responder job, but they said “it doesn’t matter, if it says Cleveland clinic on your pay stub, you qualify.” As a result of this promise we upgraded her phone for the extra $20/month. Woke up Monday morning to a dead phone. I wasn't surprised as it was an old phone and knew I was going to have to replace it soon. I went up to Verizon in North Ridgeville and a young man named Conner helped me with a new phone. Conner got it all set up for me and even synced it up with my car! I was so grateful! Thank you Conner again! Your the best!!

I had a great experience at this Verizon location. Connor was very helpful and kind. I had fun and the process was very quick. I would recommend this location to anyone in the area!!
Shane and Stephanie were great - very knowledgeable and helpful. Only complaint is the lack of comfortable customer seating while waiting for my phone transfer.
