Warning: Save your time and money and stay away from this place. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a service provider. I’ve always been an Optimum customer in Newark without issues, but after opening my business in Kearny (where this company basically monopolizes the market), I had no choice but to sign up here — and it was the worst decision ever.
