Warning: Save your time and money and stay away from this place. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a service provider. I’ve always been an Optimum customer in Newark without issues, but after opening my business in Kearny (where this company basically monopolizes the market), I had no choice but to sign up here — and it was the worst decision ever. I had an excellent experience upgrading my phone and setting it up. The team was also very helpful and provided me with discounts. They were also very diligent in their work. Truly a Verizon location I can trust and recommend!
