Overall, I cannot recommend the VW Kearny location enough! The exceptional customer service Luis demonstrated was phenomenal , and his commitment to customer satisfaction truly set them apart. The whole process was seamless, and I never felt rushed or pushed into making a decision.
I came in to upgrade my phone and he was very honest and said online had the best deals, so we ordered online, opted for store pick up, and it was great! He was patient and walked me through the entire process to make sure my new phone was configured! I appreciate him staying right until closing to make sure everything was right.
