I had a really frustrating experience at this Verizon store. From the moment I walked in, the staff was unhelpful and seemed uninterested in assisting customers. I waited for a long time with no clear explanation, and when I was finally helped, the information I received was confusing and inconsistent. Both Jacob in the Bloomfield store and Alicia in the Kearny store were very helpful. I had a broken phone and they were fantastic with helping me get a new working phone.
