If they tell you to go route 3 Verizon to do a transfer of service - don’t!!!! They’re trying to get rid of you. I just drove 20 minutes from this store for the guy at route 3 to give me customer services #.
This store is absolutely terrible. The staff seems to have no idea what they are doing. They added things to my plan that I never requested. They also offered me a gift card to pay off the balance with the company I was switching from, but the card never arrived. After looking into the situation, I found out that more than a month had passed and, even though they had already received both my device and my wife’s device, they had never sent them in as they were supposed to.
