Excellent service
Ben, the agent, worked with me for 4 hours to give me all that i wanted. It is so nice to go somewhere and be respected and listened to. Now I look forward to hopefully having better service than what I had from my previous provider.
Would give 10 stars if I could. This store is responsible for saving Verizon a long-time customer. Both Jason and Andrew were beyond helpful and kind making up for the deplorable treatment I received at the corporate store Madison East. I won't be returning to any other location and will make sure both of my friends (LOL) and all of my family do the same! Thanks, guys!!
