Representative was great, but we experienced all sorts of technical issues. Transferred our two phones from A T and T to Verizon. Problems with processing paying off A T and T and creating Verizon acct. long afternoon.
Nolan was excellent! He helped us combine our accounts and got me a brand new phone super efficient!
