We had some issues when transferring our phones from another carrier & Kristin was AMAZING, even helping us after hours to get everything resolved the same day. The customer service we received between her & the business manager is above & beyond anything we’ve experienced before with other providers.
Jason was knowledgable, friendly and funny… excellent service
Needed an upgrade for my job. Went in with a particular phone in mind based on my research. I was greeted immediately as soon as I walked in. Both techs were very helpful. I appreciated that they took their time looked at all of my options and gave me choices for purchasing. After I made a decision on a phone, my tech took the time to explain all of the features on my device and answered all my questions. I highly recommend the Baraboo Verizon location.
