Awful customer service. I went into the store to get some very simple billing questions answered within the first month of purchasing a new phone. My questions were not answered and it was then explained to me I would be paying a higher amount every month as a result of my interaction with their staff. They removed my discount after trying to return a peripheral I didn’t need to begin with.

Got taken off the wait list because something had to be done prior to my turn. But I wasn't told that until I was next in line. Been here nearly 2 hours at this point, and despite one very kind gentleman, had ZERO customer service. Also had the pleasure of speaking with customer service on the phone with my dad and that was terrible because they decided to hang up on us?? I get reps aren't available at every second, but not ONE can apologize for the wait and ask if I'm doing ok?? Worst experience ever. Very displeased.

This store sold us three new iPhones in early June of 2016 with the promise of $100 bill credit per line ported over. That would be $300 for us. No credit ever materialized. When we called customer service, they told us to "Give it another month" for four months. Today after my husband reached a manager, they told us no such deal ever existed and tough luck to us. I have been a Verizon customer for more years than they have been Verizon. Today I walked into this store with my 8 year old LG flip phone that broke, asking a wonderful young man named Terrance if they would be able to transfer my contacts to another similar phone I'd purchased online in preparation for this day. My old phone was NOT backed up, the screen was NOT making connection to the key pad, but after a few minutes of looking for the correct cord to connect it, Wallah!! Contacts transferred!
