The outstanding customer service I always receive at the South Portland Maine Mall store is the reason I continue with Verizon. Brent and John were courteous, knowledgeable and extremely helpful . They were very professional and are excellent representatives of Verizon. I want to mention Evan who patiently and courteously checked to see if I had the correct names, since I had lost my original note. I have never been dissatisfied with the South Portland representatives .
