The Verizon store in French Creek(not owned and operated by Verizon) is another big rip off. They sold my wife a tablet that was a used or store display model. They would not let us return it,less that one hour later.never removed from the box! They claim they cannot resell it.but wanted a $50 restocking fee. Go figure

Horrible, ripoff, fees, Do Not go to this store. – I gave them a rating of 1 star only because "0" stars is not an option. Do NOT go to this store, they are not a direct agent of Verizon wireless, they sell other companies wireless accounts including Verizon. The staff is rude and wanted to charge my credit card without providing me a receipt, they said the compuer was down. However, the credit card machine was functioning. Horrible! – This is an authorized agent, NOT a direct corporate Verizon store. The staff is incompetent and rude. You will incur fees that are bogus. Their phones are outdated models that corporate stores no longer carry! I made the mistake of going to this store and will suffer for the next year until my annual upgrade comes around again. They sold me a defective phone and will not allow me to return it because I was outside of their 14 day return policy (But within the VERIZON 30-day return policy).
