I asked for the ultimate plan and they gave me a plan I didn’t even get told about. Now they’re making me pay unreasonable amounts of money for things I didn’t get mentioned about or that I didn’t even asked for. Protection, etc. The customer reps name is Osborne. Bad business. Osborne gave me the simplicity plan and stacked his benefits to screw me over and so he could get payed. I need to contact the owner. I am trying to get in contact with the General Manager. This store doesnt do business the right way. Dont be surprised if your bill isnt what you asked for!
After being blown off and told to wait 2 hours at the Boylston location, we came here and it was a completely different story. Dio was extremely kind and helpful and we were in and out of there in under 30 minutes.
