I had an amazing experience with Verizon, from getting my account set up to having Fios installed. A huge shoutout to James at the store for going above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that I had everything I needed. He made the entire process easy and stress-free. Purchasing my phone and accessories and then transferring everything was super easy. Facility was clean and staff was friendly. I would come here again.
